Welcome to Virgin Australia’s charter check-in service. Here you can check in for Virgin Australia charter flights up to 12 hours before departure.

Getting Started

Before you use our charter Web Check-in service, please read the following conditions and indicate your agreement.

Who Can/Cannot Use Charter Web Check-In?

Charter Web Check-in is available to all Virgin Australia charter guests whose company has opted to utilise the service, and who have access to a printer via an internet connection.

Guests with the following special requirements can NOT use charter Web Check-in, and should instead visit a Virgin Australia check-in counter upon arrival at their departure airport

  • Guests requiring a wheelchair
  • Those with sensory impairments, travelling with carers or medical conditions that require pre-notification to Virgin Australia before travel is undertaken

When To Check In?

  • Charter Web Check-in opens 12 hours before the scheduled time of departure
  • Charter Web Check-in closes 1 hour prior to the scheduled time of departure

Travelling with Checked Baggage?

If you are travelling with checked baggage, you can still use the charter Web Check-in service, provided you visit a Virgin Australia ‘Bag Drop’ counter upon arrival at the airport (at the applicable Perth Airport Terminal) to check in your baggage. Please have your photo ID and boarding pass ready to present. For ports outside of Perth, please utilise the normal check-in counters.

Note: Flights close 30 minutes prior to departure. Guests must allow sufficient time to bag drop checked baggage (if required) and pass through security screening. Failure to do so may result in being denied to board.

Checked Baggage Allowance

Refer to your specific company’s baggage policy for weight allowances. Checked baggage must not exceed 10kg per bag (unless otherwise authorised). Should baggage exceed the agreed allowance, it may be offloaded.

Carry-on Baggage Allowance

You are entitled to take one briefcase or one small bag – each not exceeding: depth 23cm (9"), height 34cm (13in), length 48cm (19in), maximum weight 7kg – onboard.

Making Changes After Web Check-In:

Once you have checked in via Web Check-in, you can only make flight changes through your company’s travel administrator. In the event you are unable to travel, contact your travel administrator.
